WELCOME TO GOLD CREEK!
The Gold Creek Homeowners Association board would like to welcome you to Gold Creek at Snohomish Cascade - also known as Gold Creek 1.
Located in Snohomish, Washington, U.S.A, the Gold Creek 1 Homeowners Association (GCHOA) is dedicated to providing the best possible service to our constituents. GCHOA is staffed by volunteers and is tasked with managing the funds received from homeowners' dues in the Gold Creek development.
Services
Services provided with those dues include, but are not limited to: maintenance of common grounds including playfields, playgrounds and pathways; maintenance of common fences; maintenance of signage related specifically to the development (including lighting of those signs); and general upkeep of the commonly owned areas in the development.

Facilities
The park areas in Gold Creek are maintained by the Gold Creek Homeowners Association and are open for general use. When using the park areas please observe all rules and follow the park usage signs posted at the basketball and tennis courts. To reserve or schedule the baseball diamond, basketball, tennis courts or surrounding field areas of the parks for any team practices or events contact our property manager.
